ABOUT ME:
Not much history regarding the bass. Picked it up a few years ago as an alternative. Enjoyed playing and carried on. No great influences apart from I think Geddy Lee is canny.
Played the drums from the age of eight. Did my first paid gig at ten at a small working mens club with an organist backing the "Shirley Bassey of the North"
This led to numerous "deps" with a pop band, club band, ballroom dance band and a Glen Miller style big band over the next few years when my drum teacher double-booked himself.
In the meantime I discovered Rock and Metal and never looked back.
